I checked out a really cool estate/office liquidation sale this morning and found some exciting treasures. A lot of the items for sale were old office equipment and furniture from our small town newspaper, The Aransas Pass Progress. They had dozens of old letterpress trays for $10 bucks a piece. I've been wanting one for a long time to organize my jewelry and beads in, so of course I had to grab one! I also found a really cool old wire basket/sorter for $1...what a bargain.
It still had handwritten paper labels on the front for the different sections of the newspaper. I also picked up a couple aqua ball jars to add to my collection, a jar of old wooden spools, and a seashell baking tin. What a wonderful day!
